"POT Keep & POT Castle Lot Deeds: These never before available Lot Deeds are now available on Crown Merchants!"

@DarkStarr Thanks for the update on these. Can you tell us what the tax will be?

Edit: Corrected to ask about "tax" (instead of "rent")

Hopefully they have no rent for that price. If it's not rent free i would never consider getting one.

By rent do you mean Taxed? If so I believe they are taxed deeds but i could be wrong. If they are TF then that would be exciting news.

If Taxed if a city is 3000/day I suspect that the logic would be the same as the rest. Keep would be 4000/day and castle 5000/day taxes. Or perhaps even double?

(No, not picking on you .. really :) )

City is 3500 igg a day

They seem to like multiples of days per COTO value, so I am expecting 7000 on a Keep.

*based on the taxes credit value of 1 COTO yields 3500 igg tax credit if used in that fashion.

Owls head, POT Castle lot deed, 3799, POT Keep lot deed 1999. There are also the smaller sized deeds with and without water in the description. The water deeds are more. village regular/village water is 165/245 Town regular/water 450/675 city regular/water is 1050/1575. So, guessing from that, the castle/keep deeds are not placeable in water

Just to point out that prior to these deeds appearing (I expect they are taxed), the only way you could have obtained those size deeds would have been via a Duke or LotM Pledge (around $5k and $10k respectively). I would say all things considered and given that you can buy CotOs very cheaply from 3rd parties......those prices are an absolute steal.

Oh, trust me, I know the cost of those vs regular deeds, and with COTO prices in the .30-.45 range they are way more affordable. And I fully expect them to be taxed - I guessed them to be double the lower sized deed tax, 7k for keep, and 10k+ for a castle. Its just looking at the vendor and feeling sticker shock. I have the coto's (not quite enough for a castle) but upgrading bundles instead.

pop the castle up, use a scepter on it (or 2) take it down, and you have paid for everything else for the rest of the month.

Of note. Things in the past bought off COTO vendors were considered flagged items that could be stolen - so buyer beware if you are pvp enabled.

Does anyone have any evidence of this was corrected?

These bundles bought off the Crown merchants and the items you get directly from the bundles can't be stolen in PVP.
