    Oh also,

    Imps.

What would be a cool encounter on an airship is a large group of imps descending on your deck.

They already have that : It is called "Evict anyone who doesn't follow your rules".

It is the main theme I read from most POT detractors, but the ability for the owner to evict allows them to enforce their own personal bylaws.

Personally, as long as those rules are plainly laid out beforehand though, I don't see that as a problem. :)

These don't move right? So what's the point?

The same as a boat house currently.

Well, you pretty much have the whole lot to decorate as you see fit. There is a lot of space to work with.

That is important to me and why the Duchy of Dara Brae is only letting certain homes be available within our borders. We have a Celtic and King Arthur type of vibe.

As we continue building our homes (which takes time) you will see the wooden homes emerge and the stone/wood hybrids come a little bit later.

My town is guild and guild family only.. which naturally has a knights theme. No tree houses here!

As a POT owner, I'd personally like the ability to exclude certain home types from being placed. Just give me a list of all the houses and let me check which ones can be present in the town. Simple.

I do wonder if it will fit only on a land city lot, or can be tied to a dock on a city water lot.

Since there is a land house in the picture and an airship...I was under the impression you can have both houses? Or was that for size comparison?

Apparently for size comparison. The add-on store description says this is a city house.

Not sure why there would need to be a comparison to the Lord of the Manor house for this ship...but I am keeping hope that I can have the ship and my baron house...They'll earn $350 more from me in that case :)

Without flexible placement you can't put two houses on a lot.

I think they said flexible is kinda implemented with the new POT tool system :)

It is more likely to happen, but not yet confirmed. Even then, you still need room on the lot. If the ship is as large as the house to the side of it, I'm not sure you'll fit both on.

It would be nice to confirm that before dropping $350, but if that is a deal-breaker, err on the side of caution and assume you can't use it and the house at the same time.

I want a full functional airship.
This one could be later full functional, but without flexible lot placement i need a new city lot deed.
So, i will wait for EP2 and hope that there will be new pledges with functional airships and tax free lot deeds.
Preferably also bigger one. Not necessarily the ship, but the lot deed.
    (lot deed).

    ;)

I'm looking forward to seeing Darkstarr cruise into town on his custom ride for some sort of event (once these things can move in the distant future).

    I like it.

In terms of price............feels a bit over the top. This is one I think I will toss a coin just before the price goes up.........I doubt I will lose sleep if I don't end up getting it.

Anyone who buys it will probably have already have spent over $1000 on a city lot deed or Baron+ pledge. Considering the amount of land on those plots that it frees up, the price seems quite reasonable to me.
