Bad Dialogue in Resolute

Description: Guard Sandor has some bad dialogue. It appears this dialogue is used for other guards as well.

Details: Red for the incorrect dialogues, white for what it should be:

1. "Thy (*Thou*) would be well served to ask those you meet if they seek your help."

2. "The only peace we will find with the Kobolds art (*is*) the peace of the grave."

---> The problem here is the word *art* is being incorrectly used for the word *is*. Plus there is an inconsistency with this because the rest of the paragraph correctly uses the word *is*: "There is naught any other path....That is wherefore I serve as a knight....That is wherefore we all doth serve." The word *art* is better used as *are*, which occurs when you ask Sandor about Aerie: "The people thither art not as strong as we of Norgard..."

Steps to reproduce: Ask Sandor about kobolds. Ask Sandor about Aerie.

We're not going to change this. Knights of Norgard use this dialect intentionally and occasionally inconsistently, as explained elsewhere in the game.
