    yep. the blog post before that mentioned triggering the dread artifacts through the paperdoll, and that did not get a good reaction in the blog commentary thread.

    I hope when I press a button for a spell my character says words of power. Is that how it works or do I need to type them out every time?

    You must not have PvPed in UO then, i thought you were a PvP or you would have memorized every spells power so you know what your enemy was doing.

    I've said multiple times that I only played UO for a few weeks or months.

    I've never claimed to have done a lot of PVP in UO. I got killed a lot. I stole some stuff, and then got killed a lot (by teleporting guards and players).

    I asked an honest question, I don't really understand why it's important if I PVPed in UO or not. Can you explain why that's important? Or at least maybe answer my original question.

    Words of Power in U5 were used to seal the dungeons. You had to stand out in front of them and yell the word to unseal them, and brave the creatures inside.

    I did answer your original question, with a question... ive never met anyone that played UO that didnt know what Kal Vas Flam etc was... just stating an observation i apologize i havent read every post youve submitted about your game time in UO....just odd to run into a UO player that dont know what those are is all. Nothing wrong with it! Everytime you cast a spell in UO the words of power would show in text above your head....

    never played any of the single player Ultimas.... im sure i missed out on some great games though!
