    does anyone know where i can find any boars for hunting ? also is this game an oriental theme i notice alot of Asian buildings..

    The oriental (or Shogun) theme is limited to the region known as the Perennial Coast (South East part of Novia). Different regions have various themes, reflecting differences in inhabitants. Other themes you may come across are Kobold, Viking, Elven, and Obsidian.
    As for boars, I have not seen any, however, more creatures will be added before final release and they may be included. There is no shortage of wolves, bears, and stags. You can also find sheep in one of the random encounters.

    I agree that we need boars. Everything goes better with bacon.

    Hi, dcb510 welcome to this growing game.
    I do not know if there are boars in the game plenty of bears though.
    and I know more beasts and wildlife are planned so I guess we just have to wait for a little bit longer.

    Four types of wolf, three types of bear, three types of spider, at least five types of undead, six types of elemental, many types of people, imps, demons, phoenixes, wisps, several varieties of mushroom, flesh flayers.

    Edit: and slimes.

    You also forgot chickens, ducks , squirrels and rabbits.

    I have never encountered any boars,although there are pigs in the game,which are passive and I think have 1 hit point. And no matter what @Wintermute of CoF tells you,I am not a bore. :p:D:p Just a teller of terrible puns.

    i stand corrected. i forgot about the elementals and flayers. Cabalist bosses, too. there IS a lot of critters to kill. I gotta get out of Ravenswood more o.0

    Not sure wolves, bears and spiders with slightly different appearances and greater or lesser stats really count as different mobs...

    I think a bit more variety at low levels would be a huge boost to the early game experience.
