I've decided that I'm not quite happy with my character, and since it is so early on I'm just going to restart. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if the friend list is character based or account based, so I may end out losing the status.

To be on the safe side I'll write down all your names beforehand, and if I should happen to lose you I'll send out requests. If possible, I'll get the exact same name, but if not it will be very similar.

Thanks again! Sorry for any bother it causes as well. I won't be changing him again after this.

Hello and welcome @KnightFalz and congrats on taking the plunge. I want to say you won't lose your friends list on a restart but you can be the expert on this now. I am Majoria in game and happy to help but be careful asking me, do so at your own risk. The last person who did that had to come and help try out a new song I had gotten. You see we needed more in the group to sync all the parts of the song. He was very awesome about it though. So best wishes to you. Have a great time.

 

Friend list is account-based (applies to second character slots too), items and gold in your character inventory are deleted (not in bank or on property), and your name is temporarily reserved after deleting your character so that you can reclaim it.

Swing by the S Mart Factorium near Resolute if you're even in the vicinity. We have crafting jobs available if you're the crafting type. Right now Ned the Accountant needs Maple Timber. Read the bulletin board out front of the factory, it gives step by step instructions on how to make a profit working there.
