[Repro needed] Agriculture Skills not working fully

Edit: It looks like if you have the circle directly on top of you , the skill will work correctly. It you move the circle away from your body, it will only work on the spots close to you.

Details: as I use the the various agriculture skills (Watering, Sowing, Harvesting) The skill circle does not work on all spots within the circle. ( ex it will only work on the closest 6 spots even though the circle overs 15) It seems like it is reverting back to zero skill size.
Steps to Reproduce: use any agriculture skill in a greenhouse
