You should get Lindsey Stirling to do another Dubstep Soundtrack like Cristalize as the SotA Trailer sound, combined with some epic landscapes and awesome battlefield and close combat scenes in slowmo. The final scene could be a major success via great team spirit showing the contribution of the different team members with there specific capabilities...

Assuming this thread is in response to yesterday's dev chat's topic on music, here are two of my favorite bands that I think would mesh well with the game:
    - Clann An Drumma: http://www.clannandrumma.com
    - Albannach: http://www.albannachmusic.com

I completely agree with McDeath, I would love for Lindsey Stirling to do at least one track for SotA if possible. It would be epic.

Those are all good. I'd like to see some of the guys who do the con circuits and fan service get gigs as well; the Bedlam Bards, the Brobdingnagian Bards, Three-Quarter Ale, and Marian Call. They can all do great music, and can blend in with amazing ease.

Heck, you get Lindsey Stirling to do the music and Marian Call to do the vocals, and I want the music video! I'll buy the DVD in the game store!

Anything involving musical themes from previous Ultima games would also be greatly appreciated.

@Asguard hey let's link your and my threat and get a few more posts, so they start taking this request to involve Peter and Lindsey serious.
I very much would like to upgrade the old style medieval music tunes as typical for these RPG's by mixing them with really bombastic dubsteps just like Lindsey is doing it with her violine in Elements and Cristalize... I think SotA could set here also new marks in the RPG Landscape. Despite, no matter how good/bad the gameplay, if the soundtrack is nowadays not top of the pops the game will be killing everyones motivation to continue playing it for a long hours.
Imagine highlander with a standard sword fighting movie tune... :) LOL
We can make SotA different by mixing the best music genres depending on the story/event..... serious dubsteps and beatboxing for action, Lindsey and Peter for story clops and landscapes, mediavel tunes mixed with drum/bass for action in cities etc etc etc

I would like to see Inon Zur (Dragon Age, Fallout: New Vegas, Crysis) or Hans Zimmer (Crysis 2, CoD: MW2, tons of blockbuster films) score the soundtrack... wishful thinking. ;)

I would like to have a place to submit my music for consideration - by Richard, the team, or members...

I missed the Dev chat about music, did they address this possibility?

@Mystic - oh man, anything by Hans Zimmer and I will throw money at it. His soundtracks are amazing - probably the most listened to things in my music collection!

Of late I've really been enjoying the Defiance score by Bear McCreary, a mix of orchestral + dubstep. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FmxyNZBdwhE and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oRZJmZBPhHI

Inon Zur of late has left me feeling a bit meh about his music - mostly the Dragon Age and RIFT scores.

Two Steps From Hell are likely to have been heard by almost everyone, they do a lot of movie score stuff. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NLUj9lFPU6s

The Piano Guys would be totally amazing, see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BgAlQuqzl8o for awesomeness, and they've also done stuff with Lindsay Stirling too - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9p0BqUcQ7i0

@TheRealAnubis - you could try submitting to the community email address? Personally I think it'd be amazing if the community was able to contribute to the music within the game. :)

I would like to yell out one person, Jim Guthrie.
He did a really good job on the soundtrack to the outstanding game Superbrothers Sword And Sworcery.

But ill think the Dev's will do just fine, though it's nice to have your voice heard.
