Free Deed for Getting the Shroud

I'm trying to claim my Taxed Row Lot Deed that we get for free for finishing the main story quest, and can't get Arabella to give up the goods. According to the R55 patch notes, I should see Arabella in the main Oracle building in Central Brittany. She claims to not know what I'm talking about. I finished the quest (and have my Shroud) several months ago.

Is this one of these deals where I have to know some "secret word" to make her give me the deed?

 

Maybe it only recognizes acquisition of the Shroud post r55

 

It should be retroactive.

 

If I remember, there are problems with this if you ever reset quests.

 

I got mine when speaking to the small oracle building outside of the big oracle

 

this. it's not from arabella or the main oracle, just the dumb remote terminals.

I had the same issue, tried the big oracle in central Brit and that didn't work. Talked with the oracle in Novia Market (i assume it would work at any oracle building other then the big one) and the deed was delivered.

 

Same here, I assumed the big oracle gave it out, but I was wrong.

Also click Goodbye when taking to Arabella. DONT hit the ESC key.

 

Arabella really hates rude Outlanders.

 

A far as I know, it is retroactive. If you are unable to get the deed, I would either file a bug report and/or contact Portalarium customer service.

 

The other Oracles should work. That is how I got the deed online.

I also finished the game in offline mode and got the Shroud and the deed at the same time.

 

I went to the Oracle in my POT and got it.

 

I've been to Oracles all over, and none of them know what I'm talking about when I say "deed", "row deed", or "row lot". I've done the same thing with Arabella in the big Oracle room as well as in the castle in Central Brittany. What specifically do I say or do?

 

There are keywords you can select with any quest npc. Select them all, and if you don't get the deed you need to put in a bug report because there may be something wrong.

I'm not 100% sure about this, but I thought the oracle gave me the deed without any keyword. It seemed like it gave me it the next time I spoke with it, and I had completed the full questline a couple releases before they were giving out the deed.

 

Yeah, I had already completed the quest and just talked to the oracle at one of the shrines in a Player Owned Town and it gave me the reward there. Didn't even have to say anything, just double clicked her and before I could do my daily, it had already awarded it to me.

Edit: Look for a red text row house deed just in case it did to you like me and awarded it before you could do anything.

 

This. I had four characters that had "finished" the quest, and was trying everything to trigger the lot deed.

Then at some point I realized I clicked on "Goodbye" to Arabella's final conversation and it worked. After this point you should see a big message on the screen about having finished and tell Lord British. Then go outside to the small oracle building and you can collect it there.
