    I'm sorry but Fruck is correct. This is the worst weekend I have seen in this game. They left core mechanics in their game non functional and all went home for the weekend. The service then went off for several hours with no indication they were even aware of it for hours. In many businesses people get fired for that kind of customer service.

    on top of all that stuff, someone shoulda been in the forums 4 hours ago saying something but instead complete silence on the forums for over 3 hours.

    stuff happens ok fine but don't force people to sit at their computers waiting when you might have some info to share.

    Sigh. There is not a game I have played in this era this hasn't happened to once in awhile. It's called a game for a reason. I agree wit Kaffe…. Lighten Up. o_O

    I typically see the varied responses when there are broken game mechanics and unexpected downtime. I understand the emotions. I'm disappointed too. I didn't spend a fortune on the game like many, but I did spend $275 during kickstarter, plus another $43 on a sub and the basement for my house. Hopefully it wasn't a bad investment.

    honestly I don't care its down or anything that you mentioned its the lack of swift communication I find most irritating

    It’s always the players fault. That’s why we are always told that we can’t have nice things. The customer is always wrong!!

    I’m surprised they don’t have a “dev on-call” that rotates between them for issues like this. Maybe a new telethon reward, something like: $5,000 = on-call developer.

    The team is what, 20 people now? I don't expect them to have somebody at the switch (so to speak) 24/7. It's bad RNG (heh) that it happened at literally the least likely time to get a quick response, but it's nuts to be angry about it.

    There's WAY better things to be angry about. *cough*RiseNerf*Cough*

    doesn't look like client affected IP addresses, based on one source as google cloud ?
    most likely not the game, but due to external event(s) ?
