Feedback: Fishing Rarity Too High

Don't spread false info, it's all RNG based, sometimes you can even chuck your bait and catch a fancy fish. There is no "using the best bait ... Fishing at the right times in the right towns "... You are doing what they did in UO, when they released fishing, people started creating stories that something is better to catch there or here at this or that time. It was RNG based back then and it is RNG based now. The only thing matters now is a loot table - fresh water fishes you catch in rivers and ponds, salt water fishes in Fisher's Bay, lava fish comes from lava areas. It's all about bait and water type, that's it. Your skills won't affect RNG that much, but of course you want them high enough to save your bait and to make fishing faster. SOTA = RNG.
