Allow rugs to be placed on pavers

    Typically pavers are placed down first as the ground layer of an area you will be decorating. And then you can place various items on top of them and build your area.

    Rugs however cannot be placed on pavers. Could we possibly get rugs changed to be able to place them on pavers?
