    Out of the Blue and into the Black.
    From the overland map when approaching a scene, you will see a little post with a number of skulls impaled on, the more skulls, the harder the area will be. Look for 1 or 2 skull areas until you are ready to move up.

    If you play the game through Steam that may be why the rewards are not there.

    If you login to the website, there are directions on how to link an account to Steam.

    Also, the game can be downloaded directly from the SOTA website and played with the SOTA launcher instead.
