Question about fixing case of name

    My son named his character with all lower case, accidentally. He wants to correct it but $25 seems awfully high price just to change 2 characters to upper case. Because I did the kickstarter, I have 2 name change vouchers on my account, however I can't seem to figure out how to get them out of the rewards. The store lists them in my add ons since 2018.

    Is there any way to use one of those vouchers to fix my son's name to have the first letter of his first and last name capitalized? His character is on a different account than mine and did not participate in the kickstarter.

    Not sure if this is the right category for this thread. I don't think this is a bug. It is more of like a request for help or support.

    Tell support you have a voucher. They take it from your account manually.
