    Title: Created and EPIC tamer belt and the stats reverted to rare level
    Reproduction Rate: unknown
    Blocker?
    Details: an error ocurred when i combined my legendary tamer belts together resulting in an EPIC that has rare level stats
    Steps to Reproduce: I just combined 2 legendary belts to make an epic
    User Specs:

    no resolution yet. [Verified] means in the queue to receive a ticket number. it will be followed by [Submitted], [Patch Pending], and [Fix Needs Testing], at which point we hope you will report back positively and we can change it to [Fixed].

    have you checked your belt? the fix was in patch 1616, which was the first of R109.

    @Cryogenick, this looks correct.

    epic has +8 tame level, 30% crit, and -25% health modifier.
    legendary has +6, +25%, and -20%
    rare has +4, +20%, and -15%

    what is less with the epic you have than the rare had?
