Crown SHop Purchase History

Hi,
Is there a way to see a purchase history on the crown shop?
I believe that I just bought the "Ornate Triple Connection Dungeon Foyer" but cannot see it in my inventory.
(Other items purchase are there.)

Yes if you go to the home page and click on account. There are tabs with diffetent histories you have. Account is in the upper right and purchases should be under add-ons tab.

If you just purchased perhaps it's not showing yet. When I have made crown purchases it does take a little while to show up. Are you logged in? Let me check my account page OK. I know it shows my crown purchases.

 

Ok I'm sorry I was mistaken. I dont see any of my other purchases just my crown purchases under the add-on tab. It seems like we used to see purchases before the crown shop was brought in game. I will tag @Ravalox regarding this OK.

Type /datafolder in game to open the game data folder, in the ChatLogs folder you can search for "Item (Crown of the Obsidians" which should bring up crown store purchases like so:

 

However the chatlog is divided by logins and by character. So if you log in daily and have more than 1 character you might have to search several files until you find the purchase.

If you have several characters look in the inventory of each of them, in the bank and perhaps even in the "rewards" section at the upper right of the screen.

 

I wonder if they could create a new "Account Crown Store Purchases" chatlog? But no idea if they can currently even do that.

 

You don't buy items in the crown store with your credit card or bank payment.
