Release 1 - 10th Anniversary Plaque delivery

    The Plaque seen in the Chicken Room during the event will be delivered to players who logged in during the event. The event lasted from Build 1686 through Build 1688. If you logged in during these builds (while the Chicken Room Portal was present on Novia), then you will receive a plaque (one plaque per account).

    There are a great number of plaques to send out and we are in the process of delivering the plaques to those eligible. Please allow for time to get these out. Due to the method we are using to identify and distribute the plaques, they must be delivered manually. This is due to some players gaming the system to obtain more than their fair share (chalk that up to 'we can't have nice things').

    So please don't ping Customer Service, or developers directly in game/in forums/in Discord to ask "are we there yet". If you are on the list you will receive your plaque.
