This got me thinking of the rumor that a daemon could spawn in paladis shardfall. I went down a rabbit hole years back trying to discover if this was true and i cant remember what i discovered there might have been one that spawned on that map at one point or that its a super rare spawn. anyone know? edit: checking wiki it shows Dolorast Vrul as spawning in shardfalls and some ruins but ive nvr seen a daemon in one of these zones
someone has, they've been killing him a bit https://sotagraphs.com/d/0bVwYaGZz/...Dolorast Vrul&viewPanel=3&from=now-30d&to=now
Yep, pretty funny you mention this.... I stumbled upon him about 2 weeks ago there. Thought to myself... "SO, this is where you hang out when you're not at the Breach" Only seen him there once or twice. (shardfall)
Was he opposite end of the entrance to the chamber? For some reason I just neee to satisfy the itch and see this guy here
In verdantis shardfall there are multiple spots where a few different rare spawns can happen. In that scene the Deamon vrul, a named golem can spawn, the energy vortex, and the big named mushroom. But they're pretty rare. If you kill the obsidian golems around the crater you will eventually get a spawn. They spawn in the same spots as those golems. I think the other pvp scenes have a similar setup, but I've only spent enough time in Verdantis to figure out how those spawns worked.
Cool thanks Adam. I have seen the big mushroom in verdantis a few times. I’ve nvr spent any significant time killing the golems in those zones which is probably why I’ve yet to see the daemon.
Well... whether there are unknown places or not, I play imagining that I'm going to find something rare in the game, some hidden place, some mystery, some mission that wasn't explained to the administrators' friends, and that's already made me play a lot, because it's the “only” good thing about the game (the exploration).
If you continue to play long enough - and with the early onset of dementia or alzheimer - you will start to discover new, newer seen scenes on a daily basis!
haha, yes, I think many who continue playing SoTA suffer from this. The only unknown scenes are the ghost towns (because no one wants to visit) of players who love The Sims
I would have thought that - but Belladonna visited ALL ghost towns together with a few others to make sure that all of them have at least one lot being used by a plaer (so that the daily Pacu fishing town random roll would include those towns too).
I've been exploring owls head sewer lately and noticed the 'Dragon cave' on the map but couldn't find an entrance. clipping through the wall, i could notice what appeared to be the old entrance Upon further digging I found it on the wiki I wasn't around when this was in but just wondering if there's any idea of why this scene and the Wrass was removed?
That map was pretty rough. It did the job of showing how the game was progressing. However, the wrasse were, at best, PS2 era in quality, not something you'd want in the finished title.
