Well, water based homes were added because the masses were clamoring for a house boat, and it kind of grew into adding water based homes for the different tiers. It was a kickstarter thing. Not really meant to draw people in now.

The Kickstarter Founder pledges are still available, until April 7, 2014, so new people can still get the water homes.

I was replying to Sir Drake's comment which indicated water homes aren't available anymore.

Yes, they still can, but they were tossed in at our request during kickstarter. They were not a devious plot by Portalarium to draw people in. That's what I meant.

OK, sorry I misunderstood that part.

Still, it would of been nice to have both water and land homes up at the same time on the same land deed.

I agree this was the original idea, to have a land plot with water bordering your property one one side. You was suppose to be able to place your house in the water of the property without giving up much land. But things like house placement ( place in the center of the property and not on the edge) and basements caused some serious issues and to conserve resources they decided to make the entire property water.

It seems that most, or at least many, had the same interpretation... I know that's how I read it.

Well I am hoping if I am lucky to get a land village lot across the street from a water lot to place both the Knights house and the lighthouse

You'll need two land deeds to do that.
