When we last heard a flurry of things coming out of our hero's was indeed a while back and I'm certain that all the hard working pissed off little Red Hat Gnomes have had some steam to blow off. Rustic Dragon has been spotted a few times popping online, but Elvis has been sighted more than he has. (and psst...it's roomer'd that he's now the walking dead, so if you see some of his skin pealing off during the hangouts try not to stare ). Lady FireLotus has also been seen stalking the forums, but she hasn't been out for tea with anyone we know of and Darkstarr has been rommer'd to be working madd as a hatter on coming up with a new way in defeating Lord British in anything but fencing with him again... but that's all I don't know for sure

With all the Money Chris Roberts has been making, he build a real spaceship, and now he and RG are off to a distant planet to terraform it into the shape of New Britannia, so it can be real too.......

 

I hope I can get in the game world this time... I only got as far as the Avatar Creator in R4... the rest of the game just cycled through the loading screen...

Edit: this was during the anniversary when the server was opened...

 

Was it during the end? I never experienced this but I was kicked out a handful of times when everyone was on near the end. I came across a few obstacles in r1 or 2, as I don't know which was which but if I tried again at a different time I probably could've been able to walk around and test the game, it's worthwhile to get in and check out r5.

I tend to like some quite from devs. Too much forum time means they are getting distracted or burned out, too much silence can be one of two things: hard at work or hardly working. I tend to lean towards the former of those two that the devs are hard at work, since they all believe and seem very passionate about the project.

 

what do you mean by monkeys? Us "monkeys" are the reason there is a game in the first place.

There should be a monkeying contest, open to all backers.

 

This weekend is the event in Austin the published about last month. Im sure thats been requiring a lot of prep work.

 

The devs are hard at work. Their determination and focus is legendary!

 

It's Easter! They are busy hunting for chocolate at Lake Austin.
