Sir Cabirus looking for a perfect forname

    Hi folks,

    I'm looking for an attractive forname for my SotA character Cabirus. The name Cabirus steems from Ultima Underworld - the game that caused me to create my homepage. Unfortunately the forname isn't mentioned neither in the game nor the documentation and I have no idea about it. Could you help me please? Any suggestions?

    Here a german site.It is hard to find a first name for a god. I like Milo or Rafael. As alternative Braco oder Nevo.

    You could just be called Cabirus :p
    I'm probably personally dumping my in-game surname because of the ease of conversation... the blue highlight is nice and knowing ppl right, half of players aren't going to bother writing the full name, but ofc that's not optimal if you want to RP.


    I'm immediately thinking of a short first name beginning with A would sound best together with Cabirus.

    Ancir Cabirus for example

    Sir Cabirus, I found some great options for your forname by simply googling 'roman name generator'. That's a good place to start, at least.

    I kind of like people that have a single name. It is almost as if they have no beginning and no end.

    How about "Q"? Q was a cool character in STNG that didn't need any special family name... in fact no name really fits him so Q was all he needed.

    Then there is "The Doctor" from Doctor Who. He doesn't tell anybody his real name. He's just known as The Doctor. He had 13 different personalities since that show began, and they were all one person. So a name like The Doctor just describes this Time Lord that has multiple versions of the same life.

    So if you have a simple single name you are in good company. The most truly mysterious or powerful characters seem to have a persona that no single name can live up to. So you could take that route, and just be "Cabrius" or "The Cabrius"

    I would be thrilled if I could be known simply as.....O'Sullivan-

    ...maybe they could update the "Get your last name before everyone else" pledge reward to....."Get your chance to have only a single name" since EVERYONE gets a first and last name now.
