Just wanted to say love what this game is doing with crafting

    So far, whoever is programming and designing this crafting system is doing a great job.

    Great games don't need hand holding. Love the crafting system so far.

    Less hand holding, more player "figure it out" makes the game challenging, and more ppl will want to play it.

    Kinda agree, but the UI needs some work, and the "smoothness" also.
    But, i am 110% sure that is also being worked on, and i agree with you, the programming and designing "behind the scenes" seems awesome.

    It's still in early stages, but the Devs are really creative about this.

    This was another feature that made UO great, almost everything could be crafted, or item x could be used with item y to make item z.

    The more open, and useable items there are, more the depth the crafting system will have.

    No hand holding means players will have to find it out on there own, but there will always be a wiki, but still, you never know, there could be a secret recipe that no one knows, except for the single person who found it out, and the programmer.

    Agreed. I definitely prefer this over recipe drops, simple component use, and gating gear by price alone (i.e. super rare mats dropped in end game content)

    My friend and I are stoked to see how in depth the crafting system will be, hope as the dev's refine the game systems they'll keep it intricate.
