merging my 2 pledges

    Hi... I bought the Adventurer Pledge for $45, and then bought the Ancestor Pledge at $275, and did not know to do an update instead on the Ancestor pledge. so now i have 2 separate pledges in my account, So, if I want to update the Ancestor pledge to Citizen, I don't get the credit for the $45 I spent already on Ancestor....

    So instead of updating to Citizen for $$230, (from Ancestor to Citizen) it will cost me $275.... Is there anyway to fix this. can't see spending $45 extra for my stupidity ..... :confused: I think my husband would not like it ....

    Contact Portalarium directly, I had the same problem so time back. and they merged them.

    You're welcome, it will take them up to two weeks to get you sorted out, but I've usually had things fixed in under a week. They've been excellent with our account issues.

    They're really good about this. Had to do it awhile ago. Just e-mailed 'em again to move some PoT money around.
