    If $350 was the full price I would probably agree. Considering the full price is $700.........feels a bit on the high side.

    This is one to think twice about even if you do already have a city lot whether that's Baron+ or with a store deed.

    This is an issue, and make SOTA towns look a bit ridiculous.

    On topic though, that airship looks good.

    I like the designs and can’t wait to hopefully see the Darkstarr one flying about but in all honesty I feel the price tag is just a bit too much, I'd expect it to either be a limited time item or fly for that sort of money, very nice looking house all the same.

    It is a "choice" that puts pressure on anyone wanting to make use of all the small buildings from stretch goals. There's not nearly enough room when using a city lot with a ducal house. I'm even toying with the idea of getting one and a city lot for placement beside the keep lot. We will see...

    Agree that the vast variety of house types will result in a lack of "aesthetic unity", etc. Really happy though that we have so many choices AND on balance I'd prefer NO restrictions on what type of house can be placed in which town. It's the price we pay for variety.

    you'd take a rare water lot that will be needed for a boat when you don't need it and then not even end up with any lawn to work with.

    I think it would be nice at that price to have a 2 minute walk-thru, to see what the ship looks like before deciding.

    I also would prefer more color schemes, this one is a bit too light for me.

    Is this why the Palaces of the Wind/Mountain have that ledge in the throne rooms, or is it supposed to be a bridge that no longer exists?
