Where, might I ask, is this Wizard's Rest?

 

Wizards Rest is next to Northshire on the Hidden Vale map. It is pretty hidden in some trees. Just follow the road behind Owlshead and you will see Northshire by the water and Wizards Rest will be right next to it. We are having a snowy Biome after the wipe they say we can have it in R23 and it is a Village sized player owned town. which will be correctly showing in R23.

 

I really do appreciate the kindness you both showed to me, and answered my new player questions. Thank you also for the place to stay in Wizard's Rest, very kind of you.

Not sure what happened, but since it takes 2 weeks to receive a reply from the support email address I will ask here.

I just upgraded my pledge from Ancestor to Lord, I had paid only one payment on my Ancestor pledge, I just started it in August.

I did click the Upgrade button on my current pledge, but now it shows I have the original Ancestor Pledge and now my Lord Pledge, with both of them on payment plans. I thought they would be combined, since the Lord Pledge does seem to give me credit for the $92 of my first payment.

Should I cancel the Ancestor Pledge now? Or maybe this is better asked to the support email, even though the next payment on the Ancestor Pledge is due on September 21, 2015.

I think you need support but i might be wrong. I have a second pledge on my account i want to be turned into credits, i accepted it as a gift from my other account thinking (mistakenly) i could just delete it for credits.

 

But I didnt add a second pledge, I upgraded my current pledge. My account does not shows a second pledge.

 

Hi yes you should contact support and explain. They will fix it for you.

 

Yep I did, but it takes 2 weeks to receive a reply, and my next payment for my Ancestor Pledge is September 21, 2015 which is Monday. I really hope I dont get charged for that too.

 

Sorry I was typing on my phone I saw that you contacted support already how about sending a pm to firelotus to try to speed things up or at least answer your question about the ancestor pledge payment. I'm sorry you are having trouble and I hope you hear from her soon.

 

Thanks, I wasnt sure if I should Cancel the Ancestor Pledge, I dont want to give up the goodies I would get since I started the Ancestor Pledge before the August 31, 2015 cut off date. I sent her a PM I hope I hear something soon, I understand she is very busy.
