Im just wondering since there seems to be not a lot of the PVP full loot type games out there, there are a few PVE type games ive played but just quit cause i was tired of all the happy people running around in harmony, and Rping

I know Mortal online is a decent PVP type game
Elderscrolls is ok, at least it got me into the quest part of things outside of PVP,
I enjoyed WOW a little bit then i got tired of it.
    Rifts was OK
Albion Online looks like a decent PVP game if graphics weren't so elementary
I havent played DOTA so im not sure how that is?

I havent really seen a PVE only type game (multiplayer)
I havent really seen any PVP only type games (except the ones i mentioned which are ok)

id really like to find something that caters to what I like, Im sure there are others out there that are looking for something that cater to what they like as well.

Tell us what games you know of and mark them

    PVP only
    PVE only
    Both

Well every game will have some PvE elements in it.

But have you looked at Darkfall? Was a full loot PvP MMO last time I played it. Though like most PvP centric games, it dwindled down to a pretty low but stable playerbase.

Humm some of the LARGEST games are PvP ; HALO, Clancey's Ghost protocol, Titanfall . . . . . . . and ALOT of other FPS are PvP not what you are prob looking for but they are Player vs Player, and they all have a story you can run threw but once story is done it a joke, and Player battles are all that is left.

There are tons of them, but you want Medieval types :-(

EVE Online is full non-consensual PVP/full loot everywhere - even (if not mostly) in station!

Dust 514 is exclusively full PVP, no PVE (yet) at all, no loot anywhere.

In Open Play, Elite: Dangerous is full non-consensual PVP anywhere, but not full loot. In Solo Play, it's strictly PVE, of course.

Star Conflict has everything: free PVP, arranged PVP, free PVE and instanced PVE. No loot altogether, tho.

O-Game is full non-consensual PVP/full loot (well, fleet crashing is) everywhere.

In freemode, GTA Online is full non-consensual PVP everywhere, albeit no loot.

MOBAs (DOTA, LOL, HS, etc.) are by definition PVP. They may have a "story", or a training-with-bots part, but it's usually nothing more than a tutorial you take without the need for matchmaking.

EvE will be too brutal for most of our hardcore-non-consensual-pvpers here.
    Just sayin'.

    Of course.

Most of the diehard PVPers here won't last a month on EVE.

    Shadowbane emulators:

    http://www.sbemu.com/
    http://www.magicbane.com

Primarily inventory looting, one of the more interesting PvP games I've played but magicbane.com was systematically and completely dominated by certain countries who wouldn't fight each other. (primarily China) So at the best of times it becomes a battle of attrition going all the way back to Shadowbane F2P days when they were run by ubisoft.

Pity that you're expecting fancy 3D graphics, else I'd hand you my guest key for Das Tal. I doubt that you can go more PvP than that and still call it RPG. If you want to give it a try despite the graphics, let me know.

A Tale in the Desert if you really want to get away from PvP, or violence of any kind, for that matter. They've just started a new Age (VII) so it's a good time to help shape Ancient Egypt.

that game reminds me alot of UO, i may like it! Yes i like the 3D graphics, but i also like the topdown view as well. thanks. Ill definately like to check it out, ill wait for it to go awhile longer, to fix what ever they need. I really like the way its played. Do they convert to dollars some where?

I've been tracking Black Desert for awhile since it supports siege warfare. Been looking for a replacement for Shadowbane for some time.

I already said it in another post:
Black desert is far too much manga for me.
I can see the potential in it but the graphic will take care that I am never going to touch it. Not even with a ten-feet-pole.

Anyone try that new Legends of the Sword Coast game? It just came out. It's kind of like Neverwinter Nights. In DM mode you can create modules and lead online players through them in real time, narrate, drop monster spawns on them, etc. Don't think it has PvP though. I've only played the solo story so far, but online mode might have potential once there's more players...
