Use store credits to purchase items in "stretch goals"

    Because I don't seem to have that option during payment.

    No one does, sir. Stretch goals are a different pool of money and must be made with direct payments.

    The goals were calculated to cover the cost of purchasing an employee to work specifically on that stretch goal if the goal was met.

    Then I'll wait until it is reached before spending credits on it.

    I'm not sure why this was mentioned, I thought this was where people posted suggestions and the point of making a suggestion is to be able to do something that couldn't be done already.

    By then there won't be any goals to spend money on. The goals will all eventially be added, regardless if the stretch goals are met or not. Those goals just provide early access to vanity rewards and give the Devs an idea of which one to implement first. Most everyone agrees the stretch goals weren't designed to be funded in the short term.

    Some of the vanity rewards will change functionally once their respective goal is implemented in the game. And if Port follows suit, like I know they will, the prices for those things that will change (like horses and boats) will cost considerably more.
