    Just go search the nearby destroyed houses, you should find a couple of items stashed that he'll take in exchange.

    Got a question about the claiming of the Lots during the time phases, Do I need to stand outside a Lot place to claim it or is there another way to claim ?

    The only way to claim a lot is by clicking on the marker stone/sign. You must be there.

    Note that the known issues still lists Windows 10 as unsupported (performance, item 3), is this intentional?
