The new changes have brought one that could be a game breaker for myself and many others if not fixed, and that is the inability to move with the mouse (by holding both mouse keys) while in combat mode.

    Unacceptable.

I refuse to be forced into 2-handed combat this way.

    Fix this.

Why do they not have a toggle for this yet? If seems like they just keep cycling between ticking off those that like mouse move and those that don't.

Did you try pressing the TAB key when you're in combat mode? This toggles me between remaining stationary when in combat (which I prefer) and constantly advancing (which I hate) when the right mouse button is pressed. I prefer to remain stationary in combat, so this method allows me to toggle back to that mode.

However, it would be nice if there was also a control option to enable/disable all movement triggered by either or both mouse buttons. :)

I have watched the development of the game over the last 12 months and I am glad I didn't upgrade my pledge. I think the game has moved toward a first person shooter and NOT a god mode strategy game. It is heading toward a play-station control mechanism which is unsuitable to me due to my digital incapacity. I agree with Nordic that these things should be switchable.

Is this what you expected the game to become? Why?

How much of your fighting time is spent in First person mode & how much in God mode. I like to see what is around me.

It's a great way to switch between movement modes on the fly during combat though, for those that use both. I'm not sure I understand how pressing a single key once to get to the combat mode you like is a big nuisance. I don't want to be forced to use mouse-button movement and I don't want others to be forced to fight stationary like I do. This lets everyone select which method they prefer.

I should clarify that I do move in combat using the WASD keys.
