Small pledge upgrade

Hi folks. I'm a dollar short from the better Lot tier...Is it possible for me to add the dollar? The only option I see is the full upgrade to the next pledge tier...Thanks!

 

The only way I know how to increment in a small amount is to buy a $25 service voucher and email support@ asking to have it applied to your pledge.

I think that a "soft" deadline around this may have passed IIRC, but I was able to do it as of yesterday with no issues and I assume you still can, at least up until wipe. We've been told that the # of lots of each type will be set at midnight tonight, so I'd urge you to do it quickly if you're going to.

If you do it before wipe I'd guess you'll get grandfathered in (if it isn't processed by a likely drunken staff in the middle of the night) but I'm not at all sure, so good luck!

I guess i dont ubderstand what youre trying to do. You should be able to just pay a dollar to upgrade.

 

I believe the $25 service voucher from the Game Services tab is correct. After purchase email support@portalarium and ask that it be applied to your pledge.

 

Remember this does take 72 hours to go into effect, so don't wait until right before your desired window to complete this step.

 

Depending on their workload, it could take longer than 72 hours. When I bumped my pledge a couple months back, it took two weeks.
