[SOLVED] Quincy Chest (Solace Bridge) Missing

Edit: Missed some of the directions at the top, so here is the header info

6. User Specs: i7-2600k 4.0GHz (oc'd from 3.4GHz), 16GB RAM, geforce 1070 GTX, Windows 10

I was swinging back through Solace Bridge doing quests (In online single-player), and went to find the chest with dear Quincy's belongings, however it was missing from its usual outcropping overlooking the water. This isn't during the intro, so there shouldn't be a body of him near the keep - nor did I see one. I log out and tried reloading the scene, but no joy.

You got to find Quincy's items elsewhere, and prolly NOT in a chest

 

I can confirm the Quincy items were moved. You can obtain the items in the scene. They are in a more obvious location and no longer a hidden chest.

 

Well, that is good that they stopped hiding it in some out of the way random hidey-hole (I never understood the logic, and missed any explanation that was given in-game for it). I thought that may have been the case, but when I searched "Quincy" in the patch notes, nothing came up.

Oh well, off to scour the scene again.

Edit: Ok, found it. It is definitely in a much better spot now than sitting on some random rocks.

 

It was moved in one of the first releases for Solace Bridge because players complained about missing the items the first time (they were much easier to miss) and added back in as an easter egg. It was moved as part of the R32 improvements to the scene to make more sense.
