Feeling rather sick....

Hello to all.....

My original Pledge was placed back in 2013.

Since then I have been in and out of the Game and very impressed watching it grow.....
So much so, that I upgraded my account to Knight Status some months ago.

I managed to place a House in Britony on Monday of this week (Village Deed) and I'm VERY happy with the plot.

I purchased a Town Deed as a one off Purchase - I know it may be worth something in the future cost ($450)
I logged in and set of to see if there were any good Town Plots - but I've decided to hang on to it.....
(I'm not sure if you can place more than one deed at the moment anyway?)

All of the Houses around me are the Larger Knight Marshal Homes so I thought I'd upgrade to Knight Marshal.... so I put another $400 on my credit card.......

I have just logged in and claimed my items - only to find that I have NO KNIGHT MARSHAL Home!
I have one Town Deed and a few extra items (Tax Free Vendor) but I specifically wanted the Knight Marshal Building that is clearly shown in the picture!

$850 spent (not including my original pledge) and all i have to show for it is a few trinkets and a Town Deed......

I cant find a link to "Customer support" or similar....

Can anyone advise or help?

All houses and basements expired July 28.

 

I believe just the houses and basements. Not the deeds.

 

I am not sure but they where planning for the pledges to come without a house now. However not to worry, plenty of us have this house you want and you will sure find it for sale for in game money sooner or later. However contact support to put your mind at ease.

 

Thank you for the replies - The picture of the Larger House is still on there - so I assumed if I upgraded for $400 I would get it.
Im $850 down with just one Town Deed and a few rewards.....

To sum up - for $1,600 I have a Village Home placed, rewards and a Town Deed!
Not what I expected.

I would recommend you consider the value of a tax free Town deed. That deed is about to expire and worth far more than the home.

You can likely buy the Town home for $200 or less.

I suspect the tax free place any location Town deed will be selling for more than $1200 after they expire in approximately two weeks.

Perhaps support will give you the house due to a misunderstanding based upon the home picture still being on the pledge. If not the deed alone in my view is worth the pledge cost.

 

Just a small note here, the pledge tax-free deed that you placed was Village size, when you upgraded that deed upgraded along with it. So if you open up the U interface, it will either already say that it is a Tax Free Town Deed or you will have a Upgrade button next to it which will make it into one.

I have sent a message to Support - I've included a Screenshot of the Knight Marshal Home in the upgrade section which suggests that you still receive it. It doesn't say "Expired" like the rest of them!

Fingers crossed......

I just have to think of a way to hide the Credit Card Statement from the Wife!

Oh my I was thinking of mine too.I know if my partner sees mine he ether faints or throws me out or both.

 

Hopefully Port will give you one - it's not like it costs them anything. I've seen the Knight Marshal Keep go for around $100 here in the forums. I'm a Knight Marshal myself and did the upgrade right before the expiration. I think the keep is one of the nicer homes available - it doesn't have stairs in the middle of the dang room like so many do!

I'm in the same boat, this was not clear at all. So disappointed. The sad thing is that I had the credits sitting in my account, I had no idea of the cut off. I hope that they will sympathize with us. I'll likely walk away from the game if they don't. I have way too much invested in this and I don't believe that it was very clearly stated (at all really) where I purchased the upgrade.

 

The town deed is definitely worth more than the house, hell I would trade my knight marshal house for a tax free town deed any day.

That's correct Jatvardur - my Town Deed is not Tax Free. I can now upgrade my Tax Free Village Deed to a Tax Free Town Deed as mentioned above but the Town Deed I purchased for $450 carries a 2000 Gold a Day Tax when claimed......
