Feeling rather sick....

    I must compliment the SOTA Team for their quick response and understanding.
    I must admit, I "assumed" the building would be part of the Upgrade Package due to the Picture that was there (now removed) and the fact that upgrading to Knight Marshal for $400 without the Building would not be as attractive by a long shot!

    Anyhoo - Two things are very apparent to me now:

    1.) SOTA Support is very understanding, professional, fair & quick to reply.
    2.) The SOTA community is second to none. I've received messages from players saying they will help me if the matter wasn't resolved!

    I play a mix of MMO's - but where SOTA is concerned, I can definitely say - "I'm home" :)
