[PELICAN] Network Congestion

Still getting 'pelicand' in scenes like Owls Head & Britanny Central. But since the update I have been experiencing this in other smaller scenes like Deep Ravenswood, Serpents Watch.

Not sure what changed... if anything changed. But I don't like it !!!

If you can try to ensure that we have control of our mouse when we pelican out, that would be really helpful too because having to ctrl+alt+del and end task is really annoying.

16GB RAM
Steam Client & Sota launcher (have both, tested both, both fail)

I'm not sure what 'pelicand' means, but the heading says 'Network Congestion'. I am not one of the folks complaining about the game itself, I love it and think it is more fun than any game I've experienced since UO. However...HOWEVER, this getting thrown off every 10 - 15 minutes because of network congestion is really..REALLY annoying. I am on a 100mbs line, I can run Rift, stream Netflix, and browse with nary a hiccup! But SotA, especially after 8pm central European time has been crapping out continuously for several releases now.

This is getting very frustrating!! With the latest update, I am encountering this problem in even more zones.

In particular, deep ravenswood which I wouldn't describe as being a very high load zone. Things seem to be getting worse, instead of better!!

 

@Attenwood I just got the [PELICAN] network issue and was freezing up my system. I was crafting and stopped to look on internet for a recipe. When I switched to game I was out side my Keep Gate and would not let me in. Then booted from game. This is the same issue I reported a week ago with a different message.
