problems with forum: can't reply in "Announcements" and can't change my email alarm settings

I wrote to support, but didn't receive an answer (Case# 94624).. May be forums are separate from support, so I'll post there

I got such problems at game forum:
1) I can't reply in Announcements forum section . Its says: "(You have insufficient privileges to reply here.)". Other forum sections is ok..
2) can't change my email notification settings (screenshot - https://goo.gl/tHSyr8 ).. I'm part of some conversations and I get loads of messages to my email, please help %)

 

Good god yeah topoint 2 in you list.
I really really really want to be able to turn that off. I get the message that my PW dosen't match my old PW Oo

 

Only announcements from devs in that section if I'm not mistaken

 

I can't _reply_ to posts there, its a problem. Others could do it - discuss devs posts; I can't. Also I had a huge problem in submitting my trailer to contest. It was solved by moderator who moved my topic from general section in the last moment.. But problem is still there.

Hm... I still can't reply in Announcements Maybe its because I have steam version of the game? Anyway its error, it hasn't bne like this.

 

Still there. Already month passed since I wrote about this problem.

Damm. I administer several forums by my own... Why its so hard to change to fix this damm problem? Its ezpz, 10 sec work.
