    I myself gathered 200k gold and bought 40 tickets. Got 4 towns, 2 villages and 6 rows. A 30% of winning tickets !

    I would say the value of the gold was more like $2500 maximum and the value of the deeds won is more like $10,000 minimum; definitely a good investment!

    Especially since (I am assuming) no actual cash paid out for the gold in the first place. Hard work got him and his contributors a nice ROI :)

    The marketplace is flooded with people trying to sale their deeds now. Looks like it's already driving prices for the taxed deeds downward. Glad I sold mine before the lottery.

    And you know what I see more of? As I have said a couple times in the past week, the value is in the location. People are selling their locations--but not their deeds--at an increased rate of incidence.

    I bought several raffle tickets but did not win anything. I wonder if the percentage of people who bought at least one of each ticket and won is higher than the percentage of those who bought at least one of each and did not win.

    I don't know that they did it to be super profitable, I think it was more to populate the POT by giving out lots to those who could not afford them.

    I am so glad that this person came out on top. It would have been disappointing if the opposite happened even for those of us that are not invested in it. It is nice when the people that try their hardest to do something achieve what they worked so hard for. This person could have just sold gold for money, but instead they played the game. BRAVO!!!

    Thanks. The problem now is if new players cant afford to get a deed, how would they afford to pay the gold taxes? I guess tax evasion would be key, and the government would not be too happy about that either.
