That is a terrific song you have in your spoiler. What is the story behind it? Is there a reason why it is not in the game?

 

From what I understand, it was submitted too late to be included. So, as such, it was replaced by another submission, which was approved and is presently the one you hear in game. Not that the present over-world song is bad or anything, but I wish there was a place for this particular piece in the game. . Really too bad. Still my favorite song that every appeared in this game. I don't know how Faustino Sanchez II feels about it, but I was hoping he would push to get this in the game somehow. Perhaps he needs a bit of a nudge?

 

Since I've placed this link in my signature, I've turned my music level down in game while playing this song. Still want this in the game. Can only dream.....

I live around the same area. Burlington bay is nice. The Royal Botanical Gardens make part of this area look like a paradise in the city.

Oh yes, 30 years ago ;-)
I saw photos from present and telephoned sometimes with family at birthdays, xmas etc.
They build a lot of row houses, Apartment lots and things like that.
I always remember Unsworth Ave. had just a few houses and a park down the street...

Good old Canada, miss it very much ;-)

 

Yes, sadly, much has changed. There is a great deal I no longer recognize from my childhood. Such as the way it is with progress.

Edit: Yes, Unsworth ave and surrounding areas have changed a lot. But there are parts of the old section of Burlington that are still the same, at least near the lake. The core of the city has changed.
