    Only dev spawnable, as far as I know.

    Nice collection. Im presently working on the Crocodile head to complete my collection, at least for what is presently in the game.

    I was finally able to sneak past the elves through the fringes of Greymark Forest to kill enough Obsidian Bears to get a pristine head. In a few releases I'm sure I'll have to find another wall.

    I don't know where Uther is, but I'm located in the northeast corner of Brit Fields with a Viking 4-story on a village lot. Vendor "Ye Olde Shoppe" out front. Heads are all on the first floor.
