    WoW has 15-20 minutes of downtime every night, and 6-10 hours twice per month.

    They need to learn how much they need to monitor. I used to do all this for a large company until a month or two ago.

    SOTA is in early acces. Spending development money on 7/24 monitoring and handling of disruptions would drain valuable development resources. With the fantastic uptime SOTA has shown so far I rather they spend the money on development instead of 7/24 support. $11M for the development of a mmorpg is not a lot.

    OMG I remember doing a house collapse near downtime and having to recamp in the am if the rollback reset the clock to before the collapse.

    SotA is between now and July for the story line to be complete and (if rumors are true) a Sept launch.
    We presently have a small daily player base, but that most certainly must improve as we move forward.
    The server's need to be manned to the extent of someone at Port making a statement as to the present outage.
    So far, it's crickets...............

    Agreed & Point well taken. However, it doesn't exhaust financial resources to have
    Port & Unity Server's Employee's to be on the same page and working together either.
