    Welcome!

There are a few other nefarious acts you can do... For example if you "steal" unattended items from NPC towns... Or even some adventure scenes, the Oracle will frown upon you.

I hear in the newest starter scene... Blood River Outskirts you can choose to support the genocidal humans over the elves. Or even play both sides against the middle.

But mostly I would recommend patience. The Subterfuge tree still needs a lot of work. And Blood Bay (open PvP town) has yet to be settled.

...Except for cabalists, you should actualy give a lot of gold to them. They are in a dire need.

I will be pleased to fight you in the future @Daemonium Malum . It's rare to meet people who are dedicating their live to evil with so much taste.

Perhaps there could be titles linked to the Virtues/Anti-Virtues...

The Avatar with the highest combined Virtue Score: The Virtuous
    • With the highest Truth Score: The Truthful
    • With the highest Love Score: The Loving
    • With the highest Courage Score: The Courageous

The Avatar with the lowest combined Virtue Score: The Villainous
    • With the lowest Truth Score: The Deceitful
    • With the lowest Love Score: The Despicable
    • With the lowest Courage Score: The Dastardly

This assumes an open ended scoring system... I don't know that that is true... The scores are likely short integer variables which would give a range of 32767 to -32768 which would most assuredly be reached in short order as people raced for the bottom...

"Mmm, Homage given freely by so many, perhaps you meat bags aren't as useless as I had originally surmised. I've assumed the mantle of the remnants of the organization you call The Obsidian Order, so I wont be burdening myself with association to a guild, however I am in need of lodging where I can perform ritual sacr... I mean, where I can rest my head after fighting evil. *rolls eyes*

Perhaps someone can accommodate my needs?"

Maybe this could be tied to the same system that makes the cloak go red.

Yes, Ravicus... that's the intent... It would be exposing the already developed scores through a different mechanism.

"Men, sharpen your blades, I think we have company on its way and must give them a fitting welcome. Let the unwary and foolish fear the waters near Serenite".

OOC; Welcome aboard. I applaud your intent to foster future RP related large scale combat. This is a personal dream of mine since my old days in UO Chesapeake and look forward to large guild RP battles. R/Boris/El Pirata

Welcome. I myself am quite new to the game, but looking forward to your ideas. Good to see someone willing to combine RP and PvP like in good old UO. Personally I say: Powergame your character up to a level that fits the way you want to play them, and RP later, unless you find enough minions that do the fighting for you and serve you without questioning your physical strength. I'll never understand why people want to force roleplayers into slow leveling and restrictive fantasy stereotype classes skill-wise. To me every build, even the most unconventional, is fine, as long as the player can convincingly pull it off.

My advice for obtaining a bad reputation through game mechs, if that is possible at all, is to say the truth to NPCs when the truth is cruel (makes you lose love points) and otherwise lie to them. Steal stuff in NPC houses, kill their cattle and pets, and refuse to help when asked. Good luck.

It's true... the reason is simple, in a sand-box context it makes sense because often the team or the guild makes the strength, not the individual. So that its painfully slow is better because it forces people to join with others and creates rp/pvp dynamics that give replay value to the game.

However here... well... I won't even say what I think. Nothing makes sense to me, apart from the art, the lore and the vision.
