[Known] Min Ling Tan Killed By Immolation Before Dialogue

This NPC probably needs to switch from a non attackable to an attackable NPC upon completion of dialogue in the shuttered eye.

I approached him and my immolation Aggro'd him before I had a chance to speak to him.
This left two active quests unattainable:

Speak with Min Liang Tan
Discover what divides Siranto and Khasi

These quests did not auto update when Min Ling Tan died.

I'm a bit confused because you can't get Min Liang Tan to appear in Tower of the Shuttered Eye without speaking to him in Ardoris, which resolves that task.

 

When I talked to Min in the tower, he revealed himself, but I didn't get the whole conversation before he bailed and started to fight. Therefore, I cannot complete the task "Discover what divides Siranto and Khasi."

He should not bail on the fight until you have completed this goal, because there is a good chance that the player will not actually have a complete idea where the story is going before the chat closes and he starts fighting.
