Question about Viking Inn size on a Town lot

Hej,

I actually have a Viking Village Stronghold placed on a Town lot.
The space around is decorated as you can see on this picture.


On the back i have 2 small rusty iron Greenhouses.

So, i plan to trade this house for a Viking Inn, but i only want to do it if my outdoor deco can stay, especially the 2 Greenhouses.

Anyone know if the viking Inn uses same space like the Stronghold or if it is bigger?

If it's bigger left or right, front or rear the things i need wont be placable.
The Oktoberfest Tent, the Well, my Store Tent and my Greenhouses, also the anouncement board is important to me.

I have my Obsidian Inn on a town lot and you won't be able to get your greenhouses on there. If you want to look. Come to Wizards Rest to see it. Not that much room. the Inns take a lot of space.

 

The inns take up all of the Village lot save for maybe two meters... Assuming those dimensions, your 'back yard' on a Town lot would be about 7 meters deep... I doubt the green houses would fit.

I would not want to scare you but, i do not know if you would have many guests in a inn there, or at least make them pay rent in advance.
Ahemm ... you have a big pest problem with the roof!

Nah, there's a hidden closet under the stairs in every Inn that he could just stuff it into. Remember, think skinny thoughts!

 

Ok thanks for answers so far - @Nick and @eli offered me to test with their Inns.

Will do a test if things i want outside can be placed somehow or not and then decide if i try to trade some of my houses i have for a Viking Inn.

yeah i wanted the icy dragon statue from telethon and place it on top of my house and made this collage to show how it may be would look like
But unfortunately the Dragon Statue wont come this winter .

 

So i tested it and no this wont work, the Inn is really huge.
I was suprised how big a village is and what is only left on all 4 sides to a Town Lot, if the Inn is in the middle.

Would the Gothic Inn work? Can a green house be placed on the roof? It might be worth a try if you can borrow one from someone.

 

No only Viking Stuff in Gladsheim and i have 2 small iron Greenhouses, the Oktoberfest Tent, a well, vendor with tent and wooden counter... So it's just all to small. And i doubt anyway if i got new Members who want a room.
Beside that i have a 3 story row for new Members.

I like the look of the viking in and thought it may be good to have plenty of room for new Members.

I really like all the Inns for different reasons. If anyone wants to see two side by side. Me and Margaritte have inns side by side in Wizards Rest HIdden Vale. Mine is the Obsidian which has a lot of roof space to play with and hers is the gothic which also has a lot of roof space and is divided into levels. We are both open access so people can see these if they are considering which type of Inn to buy or if they want to buy an inn at all or stay in an in. whatever lol
