    Proof. Bring a non equipped deck that has a spell or skill not in the currently equipped deck into the modification view. Hit the hot key associated with spell or skill from the otherwise non equipped deck.

    2. Client swaps assigned hotkeys to decks not equipped, in modification view.

    critical issue imo
