10% Banish undead on hit: + offhand dont work

    Well title said all, i've enchanted my Off-hand weapon with 10% banish undead on hit, and i've use on dummy to try the thing over 100+ time and never banish undead get up. i put it on my main-hand and done just auto-attack and banish undead on hit happen like 15-20 time on 100+hit.
