2 Parties enter POT in different instances

Details: Two parties entered my dungeon from the S Mart Factorium. We were in the same instance coming in,but when we left the dungeon the parties were in separate instances.

Since we're all supposed to be in Open this appears to be a bug. Also, all players were in Open mode, we had just done a control point with both parties.
Steps to Reproduce: Get two full parties. Enter a dungeon. Exit the dungeon. Perhaps you will be in separate instances.

Second time we all came in from the world map, different week, and we were put in two different instances.

 

Temporary work around is everyone drops party and then goes to a basement and back to town.
