    1. Title: 2 Shardfall cloaks (no xp recieved for quest completion)
    2. Reproduction Rate: unknown
    3. Blocker?
    4. Details: I somehow had a shardfall cloak already i found randomly in my bag last night and today when i went to go do the grand tour quest when i finally complete i recievethe same cloak i
    5. was wearing, I did not get any gold or xp for completing this quest.
