2nd Character slot?

    Hi All,

    I've been around since R13, but just upgraded my account to unlock a 2nd character slot. Is this feature unavailable at this time? I'm guessing yes, since I upgraded this morning and don't see a way to create my 2nd character...

    They haven't implemented the additional character slots yet.

    And no skill cap yet. So 2nd char would be useless without cap.
