3.5k per hour?

So now that folks are starting to sell deeds I'd really like to pick one up. I am however not in a place where I could support the tax for even a row lot. Is the 3.5k gold per hour panning out for folks? And if so, is this at end game? How long does it take to get to the point where one is earning like that? Is it from grinding mobs or from gathering/crafting and selling? If crafting and selling, are they taking into consideration the time it took to gather in this estimate?

Basically just trying to gauge how realistic home ownership is for me.

This was my pre-R33 rate in some T3 zones when I was focused on maximizing gold. With supposed value drops and vendor modifications, I am not sure what will happen to it until I try playing.
