4 post Bed Out of Reach in basement

Details: When placing the 4 post bed in a 5 story stone basement, it says that it is out of reach regardless of where you stand.

Steps to Reproduce: Place the 4 post addon store bed (not the k obold one) in the 5 story basement and try to use it.

User Specs: Windows 10 PC, Steam linked account

 

I get the same thing with almost any piece of furniture in a 2 story kobold row home. I've tested this with Vintage Blue Sofa, Wingback Chair, Magical printing press. Doesn't seem to matter what I place, everything is out of reach or with crafting tables it'll force me to walk into a wall, or if I'm too close to the wall, through it!
