5 second cast time on Dash skill

    It's not just the cast time, it's that it's a "stand still" cast, too. Glad to hear it's a bug, no fun to have to stand still for 5 seconds just for 13 seconds of slightly faster movement (at level 60!) But this affects me more than not being able to use recall scrolls, ha ha. I've even finally gotten the alt accounts going on Dash because I rely on it so much when wandering around!

    I just about freaked out the first time I hit it, I had to log back into production to make sure it wasn't that way before.. I'd be fine with 5s cast if it didn't lock you in place
